Taste of Chicago 2013 is Chicago's biggest event. Getting its start as a modest food festival on the Fourth of July in 1980, the Taste of Chicago has grown to be the world's largest outdoor food fest -- a gastronomical extravaganza attracting upwards of 3 million people each year. Taste of Chicago 2013 marks the 34th anniversary of the festival.

Where:Grant Park -- north/south between Monroe Avenue and Balbo Drive, east/west between Michigan Avenue and Lake Shore Drive.

Hours: 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. 

Admission: Admission and events are free, but you obviously have to pay for food and drinks. Purchases are made by ticket only. Tickets are sold in strips of 12 for $8. Large items are generally 9-10 tickets, side portions 6-7 tickets, soft drinks 4 tickets. All daily restaurants offer a small "Taste" portion for 2-3 tickets -- a great way to sample a large variety of all the food available. Tickets are available for purchase on the day of the event.

*A credit card will be required for incidentals ($75.00 per night).  If a credit card cannot be provided at check-in, the reservation will be cancelled, all funds are non refundable. 

Travel Insurance

All clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance within 14 days of the deposit and understand the terms and conditions of the policy of choice. Purchase directly from Allianz Travel Insurance. All Insurance claims are handled by Allianz and not Neptune Travel Group.

We are aware that it may not take the entire payment schedule to pay off your room. Be sure to place a deposit to secure your room, make payments monthly, and pay off balance no later than May 15th 2013

If you miss the initial deposit date, pay $50 and continue with the payment schedule.

Policies

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Travel insurance is available, all claims are handled by the travel insurance company.

Full deposit is required to lock rate.

Name changes are allowed, starting at $50, could be more depending on the date of change.

Payments made after the final payment date, May 15, 2013, will result in a late penalty of $50 per person. Each additional week is $10 per person, starting June 22, 2013.
